Organic, vegan, healthy, sugar free bounty balls
I make a hole in one of 3 dots on top of a coconut. One of them wants to break. I pour the coconut water to the glass. I put a nut into 3 plastic bags and hit the balcony floor with it. (Superfan and katharsis). It breaks in half and I place both halfs in the hot oven for 10 minutes. Then you can easly remove the shell. I put it in a blender with the coconut water and 1/3 can of coconut milk. I blend it with 2 tbsp of coconut oil and 2 tbsp of agave syrup. I blend it until the consistency is like shreded coconut with oil and milk. Taste it. Blend until you’ll like it.
Place in a fridge. When it gets firm make balls. Place in the fridge again.
Melt coconut oil with raw coconut powder or 90% chocolate until smooth and runny. Cover the balls with it and place in a fridge. If you have too much frosting make another layer when balls covered with first layer are cool and firm.
