Truffle pasta
Place 2tbsp of butter on a frying pan and cook 2shallots until golden. Add truffle cut into small pieces (apprxmtly 10 grammes). Add salt and pepper. Add boiled pasta
Choose spaghetti or linguini or tagliatelle or pappardelle. You need 100 grammes per person. Boil it in a salty water for about 6-8 minutes.
After adding pasta to the frying pan add some freshly grated parmigiano reggiano, mix and serve. When your pasta is on plates grate some more cheese and truffle.
