The feast in Indrapura, Amsterdam

Last time I visited Netherlands I had a pleasure to join a very nice dinner. With my coleagues from Poland and Germany we were invited by a gentleman from Finland to a restaurant called Indrapura. We were suggested to choose a rice table called Udang Gala, which consisted of:

• Half lobster in an exotic sauce
• Fried potato sticks
• Crispy fried Indonesian fishes
• Green beans with little shrimps
• Mixed pickled vegetables
• Mango salad with beansprouts in a spicy peanutdressing
• Roasted chicken prepared in a well spiced sauce
• Marinated roasted lambribs
• Seasoned vegetable dish
• Stir fried meat dish
• Skewered lamb
• Skewered chicken with a peanut dressing
• Flavoured vegetables in a coconut stock
• Grind fried shrimps in coconutsauce
• Very spice beef with coconut sauce and exotic herbs
• Fried rice with curry and shrimps
• Steamed white rice
